Payments

Paid plans are sold by Paddle.com Market Ltd (Paddle.com Inc. for customers in the United States), acting as Merchant of Record. Paddle is responsible for the payment transaction, the invoice, applicable taxes and the handling of refunds under our Refund Policy.

Intellectual property

The Sygnora name, wordmark and the Service’s software and design are the property of Blue Worlds Inventions Ltd. Content you provide remains yours, as set out in our Terms.

Reporting abuse

To report mail you received from a Sygnora assistant that you believe is abusive, unsolicited or impersonates someone, write to abuse@sygnora.ai with the message headers. We investigate every report.
