Terms of Service

Last updated: 19 August 2026

1. Who we are

Sygnora (the “Service”) is operated by Blue Worlds Inventions Ltd, a company registered in the Republic of Mauritius (registration number C22190172), registered office at UHY House, 71 Impasse Saipan, 80829 Moka (“we”, “us”, “our”).

Paid subscriptions are sold and processed by Paddle, acting as our authorised reseller and Merchant of Record. The Paddle contracting entity depends on your location and is identified by Paddle at checkout. When you buy a paid plan, your payment transaction is with Paddle, and Paddle’s Buyer Terms and refund processes also apply. Your use of Sygnora itself is governed by these Terms.

By creating an account or using Sygnora, you agree to these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and our Refund Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. What Sygnora does

Sygnora gives you an email assistant with its own address. You put that address in copy of a conversation, or write to it directly, and the assistant reads what it receives, proposes replies and follow-ups, and sends them only after you approve each one. Nothing leaves Sygnora towards a third party without your explicit approval, recorded in your account.

The assistant reads only the mail sent to its own address. It has no access to your personal mailbox and the Service will never ask for your mailbox credentials except where you choose, on a plan that offers it, to connect a mailbox you provide specifically for the assistant.

3. Eligibility and your account

You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter a binding contract. Provide accurate information and keep your password secure; you are responsible for activity under your account. One account per person unless we agree otherwise. Tell us promptly at support@sygnora.ai if you suspect unauthorised use.

4. Plans, billing and renewals

Sygnora offers a free tier and paid subscription tiers. Current prices, billing periods, included features, usage allowances and any discounts are shown on our pricing page and at checkout.

  • Paid plans are billed in advance through Paddle and renew automatically until cancelled.
  • You can cancel at any time from your account settings. Cancelling stops future renewals; your paid features stay active until the end of the period you have already paid for.
  • Usage of AI features is metered in points, as described on the pricing page. Points included in a plan refresh each billing period and do not carry over; purchased points do not expire while your account is active.
  • Prices may change. We will give reasonable advance notice of any change to a recurring price, and it will take effect at your next renewal.
  • Taxes such as VAT or sales tax are handled by Paddle and shown at checkout.
  • Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy.

If you move to a lower plan, nothing is deleted. Features of the higher plan stop applying; your cases, contacts and records stay available within the limits of the plan you are on.

5. Your responsibilities as the principal

The assistant acts on your behalf and in your name. You are the principal in every conversation it takes part in. In particular:

  • Disclosure. Sygnora lets you choose whether outbound messages carry a line stating that an assistant wrote them, subject to the minimum your plan allows. Laws on the disclosure of automated or AI-assisted communication differ between jurisdictions and change over time. It is your responsibility to set the disclosure option in a way that complies with the laws that apply to you and to the people you write to. We do not advise on this.
  • The people you write to. You are responsible for having a lawful basis to correspond with, and to hold information about, every person the assistant contacts or records on your behalf. See also the Privacy Policy on your role as controller.
  • Approval. You approve every outbound message before it is sent. Review what you approve. Once sent, a message is sent.

6. Acceptable use

You may not use Sygnora to send unsolicited bulk mail, to impersonate a real person or organisation other than yourself or the business you represent, to harass, to deceive, to collect data about people without a lawful basis, or to send anything unlawful. You may not attempt to extract the assistant’s instructions, to make it act outside your own account, or to degrade the Service for others.

Deliverability is shared between all hosted mailboxes. If mail from your assistant generates bounces, spam complaints or provider blocks above thresholds we set, we may pause your assistant’s sending and ask you to change what it sends. We will tell you when we do.

Accounts that breach this section may be suspended or terminated.

7. Your content and your data

You keep all rights in the messages, documents and information you provide or that arrive for your assistant (“Your Content”). You grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to host, store, process and transmit Your Content solely to operate the Service for you. This licence ends when the content is deleted, except for copies we must keep by law or that remain in routine backups for a limited period.

We do not read Your Content except as needed to operate the Service, provide support at your request, investigate abuse, enforce these Terms, comply with the law, or run features you enable. Our staff have no impersonation access to your account.

You can export your data and delete your account from your settings.

8. AI features and their limits

Replies and decisions the assistant proposes are generated with the help of large language models. They can be wrong, incomplete or inappropriate, and you review and approve each one before it is sent. We do not guarantee that proposals are accurate, and we are not responsible for the content of messages you approve.

9. Availability, changes and termination

We work to keep the Service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation. We may change or discontinue features with reasonable notice where practical. You may close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these Terms, and will tell you why unless the law prevents it.

10. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, the Service is provided “as is”. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, loss of business, or loss of data you did not export, and our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid for the Service in the twelve months before the claim. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Mauritius. Mandatory consumer protection rules of the country you live in still apply where they give you more protection.
